What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for most items. Insurance is not included in shipping cost. We normally ship within 3 working days following cleared payment.

How do you ship merchandize?
Shipping to addresses outside Thailand will normally be via Thailand Post Air Mail. Contact us for alternate arrangements, such as tracking or shipping via courier.

When will I receive my order?
In normal conditions, orders arrive 5-10 business days after shipment. Contact us for express delivery options.

How can I pay?
We currently only accept payment through Paypal. Buyer must have confirmed address, or the order will be canceled.

Do you accept returns or give refunds?
In normal circumstances, all sales are final. If you need to return an item, please contact us via email to explain. Exchanges may be possible at purchaser’s shipping cost.
